Payment & Dispatch

The following terms and conditions apply:
A. Dispatch Conditions
Domestic delivery (Germany).

B. Dispatch Costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)

  • shipping class 1
    up to 2 articles: > Shipping by mail (2,99€) or by DHL parcel (4,99€)
    3 or more articles: > Shipping by DHL parcel Eco* (5,99€) or by DHL parcel (6,59€)
  • shipping class 2
    up to 2 articles: > Shipping by DHL compact parcel (4,99€)
    3 or more articles: > Shipping by DHL parcel Eco* (5,99€) or by DHL parcel (6,59€)
  • shipping class 3
    Shipping by DHL parcel Eco* (5,99€) or DHL parcel (6,59€)
  • shipping class 4
    Shipping by forwarding agency (free shipping)

*Shipping type “DHL Parcel Eco” - shipping by DHL in an already used box or reused packaging.

If the order includes articles of several shipping classes, the higher shipping costs will be calculated.

For articles of the category "XXL offers" we do not charge shipping costs.
If the order includes articles of the category "XXL offers" as well as other articles, the delivery will be free of shipping costs.

The shipping cost calculation is available in the shopping cart.

C. Delivery Periods

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, delivery of the goods within Germany shall take place within 1 - 3 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment after the date of your payment order).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time you have ordered.

D. Conditions of Payment

You have the following payment options:

Vorkasse per Überweisung

> Payment in advance via bank transfer (2% discount)
You will receive the bank details by email (order confirmation).
Klarna Rechnungskauf

> Klarna purchase on account
The payment will be processed via Klarna. After completion of your order you will receive a request for payment by email from Klarna.
Zahlung per PayPal

> Payment via PayPal
You need an active PayPal account and access data to use this payment service.

> PayPal Checkout (purchase on account via Ratepay)
The payment is processed via PayPal, you do not need a PayPal account.
Zahlung per Sofortüberweisung > Payment by Klarna SOFORT
You need your PIN and TAN.
