How to use Garnier Ambre Solaire Ideal Bronze Sun Spray SPF 30:
Step 1: Spray Ideal Bronze onto your hands before applying.
Step 2: Apply generously to your face and body. Avoid the eye area. Apply at least 30 minutes before sun exposure.
Step 3: Reapply frequently, especially after swimming, sweating, or drying off.
Excessive sun exposure is dangerous. Do not stay in the sun for too long, even if you are using a sunscreen product, as it does not provide 100% protection, even with a high SPF.
